The luggage storage space in our vehicles fits up to 10 full-sized suitcases. If you have over-sized articles such as surfboards, paddle boards or golf bags, these must be indicated in the booking process.
Where a deposit has been given, written cancellations (via our Contact Us form) of greater than 24 hours prior to pick-up time, will be refunded in FULL. For cancellations of less than 24 hours, 50% of the cost of the original deposit will be charged.
When you land at Puerto Vallarta International Airport, you will go through Customs and exit into a hall with currency exchange services and various vendors selling condo time-shares, baggage-carrying services, etc. KEEP GOING PAST THIS AREA to the meet-and-greet area, and then directly outside.
Your driver will be standing with others and will be wearing a red Guayabera shirt with khaki pants. He will also be holding a white paddle sign with the blue Sayulita Luxury Transportation anchor on it, and will know your full name and drop-off location when asked.

Submitting your booking Online reserves your trip. You can pay for your booking with cash upon arrival (in US Dollars or Pesos). Once your booking request has been submitted, a Sayulita Luxury Transportation associate will contact you to confirm both your trip details and all related costs.
